Job Description:

• Client is looking for a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our corporate Talent Acquisition team.
• They will support the end-to-end interview scheduling process with seamless execution and attention to detail for a best-in-class candidate and associate experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiters, HR Partners, Hiring Managers, and candidate to schedule and coordinate phone, video, and/or in person interviews in both corporate locations.
• Create interview agendas for candidate and hiring team; distribute all interview details to candidate and candidate information to hiring team
• Book all candidate travel as necessary (travel, lodging, etc.) and manage the candidate travel reimbursement process
• Prepare and extend offer documents in a timely manner
• Provide HR partner with all new hire packet information
• Partner with the Global Mobility team to initiate candidate relocation
• Distribute weekly reporting to key stakeholders
• Assist rest of team with research projects

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Consistently demonstrates professionalism while having a positive and solution-oriented approach
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable interacting with all levels of management
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Minimum of one year of corporate experience
