VibrantCare Rehab is seeking a Multi-Site Physical Therapy Center Manager / Physical Therapist to oversee therapy operations at two locations in Citrus Heights and North Sacramento, CA. This role blends clinical patient care with leadership responsibilities including staff management, center operations, financial oversight, and business development to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and sustainable growth.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across one to two therapy centers.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy services and maintain a clinical caseload.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop clinical and support staff.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, productivity, and quality of patient care.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability of centers.
• Develop and implement local business, marketing, and referral strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, referral sources, payers, and community partners.
• Hire and onboard new clinical staff as needed.
• Conduct staff meetings, performance reviews, training, and clinical in-services.
• Ensure compliance with company, state, federal, and healthcare regulations.
• Perform quality assurance and compliance audits, addressing any corrective actions.
• Promote a positive team culture and enhance patient experience.

 

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program or equivalent internationally educated program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the applicable state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB test per state requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage clinical operations while maintaining a patient caseload.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical documentation/management systems.

Salary: $85,000–$100,000/year (Based on Experience)
