Job Description Industrial Staffing Agency Recruiter – temporary and temp‑to‑hire positions in Crest Hill, IL. Responsibilities & Qualifications 3-5 years of recent experience working as a recruiter in a temporary staffing agency office. Proficiency in using social media, job boards, referral programs, and other methods to find and engage candidates who pass E‑Verify, pre‑employment drug screening, and meet client background requirements. Experience recruiting, hiring, assigning, and terminating temporary and temp‑to‑hire workers for light industrial positions. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Ability to work full time in an office environment (not remote or hybrid). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to drive to and from customer sites as needed. Compensation Base salary range: $52,000 to $56,000, plus generous bonuses paid twice per year based on productivity and profits.
