Bodhi Pilates is seeking a knowledgeable, motivated, and client-centered Pilates Instructor to join our team. We are in immediate need for a part-time instructor for Saturday's and Sunday's. As we celebrate over a decade of serving our community, we remain committed to high-quality instruction, thoughtful programming, and a welcoming environment where clients feel seen, supported, and challenged.
About the Role
This position is ideal for an instructor who values precision, personalization, and the art of teaching Pilates in an intimate boutique setting. You’ll work with a diverse client base, provide individualized attention, and contribute to a positive, professional studio culture.
Responsibilities
- Teach safe, engaging Pilates sessions using a variety of equipment
- Provide appropriate modifications for different bodies, abilities, and goals
- Support clients with clear cueing and hands-on guidance when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful studio environment
- Collaborate with studio leadership and fellow instructors
- Uphold our commitment to quality instruction and client care
Qualifications
- Comprehensive Pilates certification (minimum 450 hours preferred)
- Experience teaching equipment-based Pilates (Reformer required; additional apparatus strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and movement principles
- Ability to work with a range of populations and needs
- Professional, reliable, and warm communication style
