Role Description The Certified Personal Trainer at F45 Training in Denver, CO is a part-time, on-site role focused on delivering high-energy, safe, and effective group and individual training sessions. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading functional HIIT and circuit-based workouts, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, and providing form corrections to support member safety and performance. The trainer will engage and motivate members throughout sessions, offer personalized coaching and modifications, and promote a welcoming, inclusive studio environment. Additional duties include assisting with class setup and breakdown, collaborating with the team on programming and member retention strategies, and communicating with members about progress, goals, and healthy lifestyle habits. Qualifications Strong skills in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to lead diverse functional and HIIT-style sessions for varying fitness levels. Experience with Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to design and deliver dynamic, performance-focused workouts. Knowledge of Nutrition principles to provide general guidance that supports members’ training and wellness goals. Current Certified Personal Trainer credential (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) and CPR/AED certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to creating an inclusive, encouraging training environment. Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, in an on-site studio setting.
