Danaher seeks a Director of Communications Technology & Insights to lead enterprise communications technology strategy, platform governance, and analytics capabilities. The role designs integrated systems and delivers data-driven insights across the global organization, reporting to the VP of Communications Operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise communications technology strategy aligned with organizational roadmap
Manage CommTech ecosystem end-to-end including platform selection, implementation, and vendor partnerships
Oversee core platform optimization including analytics, AI-enabled solutions, and media CRM governance
Build communications insights dashboards and measurement frameworks translating activity into strategic KPIs
Standardize workflows and drive adoption through governance models, training, and continuous improvement

Requirements

6+ years supporting communications functions in technology, digital systems, or analytics
Bachelor's degree required
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
Demonstrated ownership of enterprise-scale SaaS platforms and large implementations
Deep expertise in communications platforms, media CRMs, and monitoring tools
Strong understanding of data governance, integrations, and metadata structures
Experience with AI, automation, or machine-learning tools in communications preferred

Compensation: $140,000 - $200,000 base, eligible for bonus/incentive pay
