Project Manager

Pay Rate: $40 per hour
Location: Whippany, NJ
Work Mode: Onsite

Responsibilities :

Coordinate and execute all aspects of private placement and infrastructure debt transactions, including documentation, due diligence, tracking, and end-to-end funding processes.
Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, clients, and issuers to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the investment lifecycle with the goal of settling the private debt transaction.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation is in place.
Provide oversight for cash and position reconciliations.
Help lead projects to identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices and process improvements where applicable.

Requirements:

Proven success supporting institutional clients, funds, or investment portfolios.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent multitasking, organization, and time-management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Thrives in fast-paced environments and leverages AI/automation tools to streamline workflows while maintaining risk controls.
