Remote Regional Hotel Sales Director - 6-Hotel Portfolio

Gillis Sales

Gillis is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to drive outbound and proactive sales for a portfolio of six multi-branded hotels across the USA and Canada. This home-based role reports to an Executive Director of Sales Performance and requires travel for in-market visits 2–4 times per year.

You will develop a sales strategy, manage accounts in Salesforce, and lead a peer-to-peer coaching culture with General Managers and Front Desk staff.
