About the Role

Were looking for motivated people-focused individuals who enjoy helping clients compare options make confident decisions and turn ideas into confirmed plans.

As a Travel Sales Professional youll work directly with clients to understand their preferences recommend suitable options answer questions and guide them through the booking process. The role combines customer service research relationship-building and sales in a remote environment.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What Youll Do

• Connect with prospective and existing clients
• Learn about preferences dates priorities and budget
• Research destinations accommodations transportation and activities
• Present relevant options in a clear and helpful way
• Follow up with interested clients
• Answer questions and help address concerns
• Assist with reservations and confirmation details
• Maintain organized client records and notes
• Support changes or special requests
• Help move clients from initial inquiry through completed booking
