Staff Software Engineer (US Remote)

Location: Remote (US) Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: $200K–$250K base + equity Overview A fast-growing, profitable product startup is hiring a Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer to help scale a modern commerce platform. This is a high-impact role for someone who operates with strong ownership, ships quickly, and cares deeply about product quality and user experience. The company operates in a large, under-digitized commerce category and is building infrastructure that simplifies complex transactions and logistics through both a direct product and developer API platform. The product is already used by major enterprise customers and is entering a new phase of aggressive growth.
