Bilingual Medical Assistant (English/Spanish)

Location: Kensington, MD

Position Summary

We are seeking a caring Bilingual Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish , passionate about working with children, and committed to supporting families by ensuring excellent communication and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and families in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication at every step.
• Prepare patients for exams, record vital signs, and assist providers during visits.
• Update and maintain accurate patient records in the electronic health system.
• Manage scheduling, follow-up appointments, and patient inquiries.
• Assist with immunizations, lab orders, and specimen collection as needed.
• Support the clinic’s daily operations with professionalism, empathy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in pediatrics or primary care settings is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
