We’re seeking the right candidate for the position of EVS Floor Technician at Lakeland Community Care Center . In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

What You Bring to the Table:

• This individual must be reliable, efficient, and motivated.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Assist with striping, buffing, and waxing surfaces.
• Clean or shampoo carpets.
• Maintain equipment and supplies.
• Follow workplace safety standards.

The Ideal Candidate:

• High school diploma preferred.
• Strong organization and execution skills.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and within established guidelines, procedures, and practices.
