Social Worker for Inpatient Psychiatry Location: College Hill, 5642 Hamilton Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45224 Job Details Schedule: Wed/Thurs/Fri/Sat 7:30am-4:00pm (32 hours per week, 0.8 FTE) Position Type: Full time, Regular Weekly Hours: 32 FTE: 0.8 Pay Range Expected starting pay range: $61,401.60 – $78,291.20 annually. Pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional shift, on‑call, or weekend differentials and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the State of Ohio Past experience preferred but not required Benefits Base pay starting at $50,602.24 annually as a salaried/exempt employee (.8 FTE), increasing based on years of experience post‑MSW $5.00 per hour weekend differential added to base pay Benefits begin first day of employment Paid Time Off (PTO) starts to accumulate immediately (≈ 24 days per year for .8 FTE). Unused PTO rolls over.
