Job Description Cost Accountant – Glencoe, MN | Direct HireRole: Plant accounting support with exposure to cost accounting, inventory, AP/receiving, and month-end close. Great growth opportunity toward Plant Accountant/Senior Cost Accountant/Assistant Controller. Must-Haves:
Accounting fundamentals: journal entries, reconciliations, account analysis
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage month-end and recurring deadlines
Good communication with plant/operations teams
Willing to work onsite in Glencoe
Comfortable with a broad, hands-on accounting role Preferred:
Accounting/Finance degree
0–3 years of experience, including internships
Manufacturing, agriculture, food processing, or inventory experience
Exposure to standard costing, inventory, COGS, variance analysis, or ERP systems
Month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, or operational accounting experience
