Data Entry Clerk (Contract-to-Hire)
LHH is partnering with a growing company in North Canton, Ohio to hire a Data Entry Clerk. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for candidates who are very good with numbers, highly detail-oriented, and enjoy working with data. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent accuracy, and the ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
- Verify information for accuracy and completeness before entry
- Review and correct data discrepancies as needed
- Maintain organized electronic and paper records
- Process forms, documents, and reports in a timely manner
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company information
Qualifications
- Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or numerical data experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Strong aptitude for working with numbers and performing calculations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle high volumes of data while maintaining accuracy
- Self-motivated, dependable, and professional
