Team Lead - Full-time

American Girl Franklin Location Merchandise Stock Associate - Part Time (Franklin, Tennessee) Pay range: USD $15.00 – $17.25 per hour (base pay determined by location, skills, and experience). Responsibilities Process incoming stock shipments in a safe and orderly fashion while maintaining stockroom standards for merchandise placement, cleanliness, and safety. Pack up and load trailers with returning merchandise, including returns, rework, and doll hospital items. Maintain inventory on the retail sales floor, including special requests from retail partners, and monitor stock levels on an ongoing basis. Assist in the general execution of retail operations, including floor moves, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with store personnel to provide a safe environment for customers and employees. Perform special projects as requested and demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing tasks to meet business needs. Qualifications 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail or the service industry, preferably in material handling, shipping/receiving, or warehouse stock handling. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Friendly, approachable, and willing to offer assistance to guests, especially children. Must be available to work open and close shifts, weekends, and holidays.
