Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams is seeking a Full Time Team Leader for their McEwen Northside team in Franklin, TN, offering an average salary of $19.93 per hour, including tips.

Candidates must possess a full-time availability, including nights and weekends, and demonstrate a passion for customer service.

The role requires leading shifts, managing inventory, and coaching team members while ensuring excellent customer service.

Applicants are expected to have a strong work ethic, good judgment, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

This position is open to individuals with prior experience in similar roles, and includes benefits such as paid time off and a 401k match after three months.

In Tennessee, if the average hourly earnings of a Full Time Team Leaders are less than $17.50 per hour in a two-week pay period, Jeni's will add the difference to the person's paycheck so that their average hourly earnings reach $17.50 per hour for that pay period.
