Value Realization Office (VRO) Lead Location NJ (Client-facing role; hybrid/on-site as required) Role Purpose The Value Realization Office (VRO) Lead is responsible for partnering with client CXOs to define, govern, and deliver a portfolio of transformation programs and business cases. The role ensures measurable business value realization through process mining–driven insights, value engineering, and execution of automation, AI, and RPA initiatives. This is a strategic leadership role focused on bridging strategy to execution, institutionalizing value tracking, and driving accountable outcomes across enterprise transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Advise C-suite on value strategy, transformation roadmap, and automation investments Govern portfolio across process optimization, AI/ML, RPA, and ERP programs Develop and validate business cases (ROI, NPV, payback) Implement value tracking frameworks and dashboards Drive stage-gate governance and stakeholder alignment Ensure end-to-end value realization and continuous improvement

Requirements: 18+ years in consulting/transformation/value realization Strong CXO stakeholder management experience Expertise in process mining, automation (RPA/AI), and ERP programs Proven track record in business case development and benefit tracking

Experience: >10 YEARS.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $185,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
