Customer Service Officer

Ter versterking van ons team in Geel zijn wij op zoek naar een: Als Customer Service Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte administratie van inkomende orders met als resultaat een efficiënte planning met het oog op klanttevredenheid en kostenefficiëntie. Door uitstekende communicatievaardigheden ben je in staat de klant te woord te staan en te anticiperen op hun noden en behoeften. Met aandacht voor details werk je nauwkeurig en grondig en stel je prioriteiten om deadlines te realiseren binnen het customer service gegeven van onze transportketen maar ook daar buiten. Ownership: Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de prestaties van je team en streeft naar uitmuntendheid in alles wat je doet. Communication: Je bent een uitstekende communicator en weet complexe informatie helder en bondig over te brengen. Attitude: Je hebt een positieve en proactieve houding, en inspireert anderen om hetzelfde te doen. Operational Excellence: Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en streeft ernaar om onze logistieke operaties te optimaliseren. Customer Centricity: Je plaatst de klant altijd centraal en zoekt continu naar manieren om hun ervaringen te verbeteren. Verantwoordelijkheden Aannemen van klantorders en ingeven in het Transport Management Systeem. Proactieve controle van referenties / pincodes voor instellingen en opvolging. Proactieve monitoring van ladingreferenties en het doorsturen van alle nodige gegevens naar klanten. Proactieve updates sturen naar klanten naar de juiste e-mailadressen. Controleren dat alle gegevens voor de transporten tijdig aanwezig zijn, inclusief opzetgegevens, douaneformaliteiten en speciale omstandigheden. Opvolging van de implementatie van scan- / fysieke controles. Communicatie met de klant over, zowel telefonisch als per e-mail. Opvolging van verzendingsvertragingen, deze melden, registreren en verklaren in ISO. Kwalificaties Je hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie. Affiniteit met de transport of de conventionele kant ervan is een plus. Klantvriendelijkheid draag je hoog in het vaandel. Je neemt initiatief, weet zaken vlot te organiseren en verliest de details niet uit het oog. Je weet je vlot staande te houden in een drukke werkomgeving en slaagt er in de juiste prioriteiten te stellen. Je bent goed in het gebruiken online tools en systemen. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels. Andere talen zijn mooi meegenomen.
