About the role You will be working in a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional products and services, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the full follow-up of shipments ordered by our customers, optimizing timelines and quality of delivery, and providing all required shipping documentation. What you’ll need At least 1 year of experience in shipping documentation, logistics, and/or customs Accuracy and precision in administration Customer‑oriented and commercial attitude Strong communication skills Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines Flexibility and adaptability Problem‑solving skills with a process‑oriented approach Proactive and initiative‑taking Team player with a positive attitude, open‑minded, and willing to learn and grow Strong MS Office skills; experience with SAP is an asset Fluent in English; any other language is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Nipro Europe Group Companies
