Production Recruiter - High-Volume Manufacturing (Hybrid)
DIVERGENT
Divergent is seeking a motivated Production Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across manufacturing, production, warehouse, quality, and maintenance. This role owns full-cycle recruitment for non-exempt positions and partners with hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, experience hiring hourly/non-exempt roles in manufacturing, and is comfortable working onsite/hybrid #J-18808-Ljbffr DIVERGENT
