The successful candidate will be a visionary leader, responsible for fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and diverse environment. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in fundraising, excellent staff and operational management skills, and the ability to build strong partnerships. The CEO will be the public face of the organization, engaging with all levels of the community, and will work to implement the strategic plan, ensuring the center remains a hub for educational, cultural, and recreational opportunities. Ideal candidates for the CEO position at the company will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of strategic leadership and management experience, preferably in JCCs, Jewish communal organizations, business, or the non-profit sector. The role demands a leader with a strong financial acumen, a proven ability in fundraising, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. The CEO will be expected to provide exemplary executive leadership, maintain financial stability, and oversee the center's operations. They should be adept at working with a Board of Directors, committees, and volunteers, and have a general knowledge and appreciation of Jewish culture, practices, and tradition.
