Senior Facilities Coordinator

Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues Repair faulty equipment Maintain HVAC computer controls and building climate control Replace and repair building lighting Perform painting, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, flooring, and plumbing maintenance Maintain building exteriors and campus grounds Maintain facilities equipment and supply records and inventory Perform workplace adjustments and physically move furniture and equipment on campus Respond to and complete building requests through Archibus Follow OSHA and Nestlé safety standards Support local design and construction projects Maintain orderly work areas and keep campus floors free of slip and trip hazards Requirements High school diploma Trade school diploma or 2 years on-the-job experience in Maintenance, Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint (preferred) Experience with scissor lifts and comfort working at heights (preferred) CPR certification (preferred) HVAC certification (preferred) Ability to climb ladders Ability to lift heavy objects weighing 50 lbs.
