This position is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to support site goals, uptime, and safety standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. At this time we have two open positions, one for 3rd Shift and a second person who would be willing to float between all three shifts.Our hours of operation are:1st Shift – 7 AM- 3 PM - Monday - Friday2nd Shift – 3PM – 11 PM - Monday - Friday3rd Shift – 11 PM – 7 AM - Sunday - ThursdayWhat You'll Be DoingMaintenance & TroubleshootingPerform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairsDiagnose equipment issues, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust as neededInstall electric motors and perform basic VFD programmingTroubleshoot control circuits and production equipmentPerform preventive and scheduled maintenance on machines and facility equipmentSafety & CommunicationComplete all work orders safely and in accordance with IPC processesDetect and report faulty operations, defective materials, or unsafe conditionsMaintain open communication with supervisors, maintenance team members, and plant leadershipSupport maintenance technicians across all shifts as neededOperational SupportRespond to emergency and unscheduled equipment repairs during productionTrack spare parts usage and assist with inventory managementWork within established schedules and production requirementPerform other duties as assigned to support plant operationsWho You AreYou have experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment preferredYou have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsYou are familiar with manufacturing safety practices and proceduresYou have the ability to use hand tools and specialized maintenance toolsYou have strong communication and teamwork skillsYou are detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and time management abilitiesYou are willing to work assigned shifts and support operational needWhat You'll GetFull-time, stable employmentOpportunity to grow skills and advance within IPCPeople-first culture built on Attitude, Respect, and EffortFull benefits package, including:401(k) with 4% company matchHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Paid Time Off and Paid HolidaysReferral Bonus AvailableReady to Join a Great TEAM?
