Georgetown Allure Medical Spa is seeking an experienced, licensed aesthetic professional who enjoys connecting with clients, presenting thoughtful treatment plans, and confidently closing sales.

Work alongside our plastic surgeon, nurse practitioners, and estheticians in a collaborative medical aesthetics setting. You’ll combine your treatment knowledge and sales ability to help clients understand their options and take the next step toward their aesthetic goals.

What you’ll do

• Lead personalized consultations. Understand each client’s concerns, goals, treatment history, priorities, timeline, and budget. Explain provider approved options across injectables, EZ Gel, Morpheus8/RF microneedling, laser treatments, and other current offerings.
• Present clear treatment plans and close sales. Help clients leave with a written, personalized roadmap covering treatments, timing, home care, and costs. Explain packages, memberships, and available financing; address questions respectfully and confidently close appropriate sales.
• Connect treatments with skincare. Recommend professional home care within your role and scope, explain product purpose and use, and support skincare replenishment.
• Own follow up and client relationships. Stay connected with new inquiries, undecided clients, and clients with incomplete plans. Support treatment completion, rebooking, and long term care.
• Stay organized and accountable. Maintain accurate consultation notes, lead stages, tasks, and outcomes in approved systems. Track performance against consultation conversion, sales, and retention goals.
• Contribute to practice growth. Support campaign follow up, referrals, and events. Share client feedback and collaborate with management on promotions and sales improvements.

Coordinate with the clinical team on suitability, treatment selection, sequencing, and expectations. Clinical assessment and final treatment decisions remain with the appropriately licensed provider. Any clinical services assigned require appropriate credentials and practice authorization.

What you’ll bring

Required

• An active professional license in good standing as an esthetician, registered nurse (RN), nurse practitioner (NP), or physician assistant (PA). Training certificates alone do not satisfy this requirement.
• Hands-on aesthetic treatment experience within your professional scope in a medical spa, aesthetic clinic, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, or comparable setting.
• Proven experience selling aesthetic treatments, packages, and professional skincare , with specific examples of your personal contribution and results.
• Strong consultation skills, treatment and skincare knowledge, and confidence discussing pricing, addressing objections, and closing sales.
• Consistent follow up habits, clear communication, and experience using CRM, EMR, or practice management systems.

Strongly preferred

• Advanced aesthetic education or certifications and experience selling across multiple treatment categories.
• Familiarity with Zenoti, GoHighLevel, Mindbody , or comparable platforms.

Location & availability

On site in Washington, DC. Full time preferred; strong part time candidates will also be considered.

Weekend availability, including Saturdays and Sundays, is required. Specific hours will be discussed during interviews.
