Job Summary: A welder will be responsible for performing MIG welding, layout, tacking, fabrication and building functions in the manufacture of various products in accordance with product specifications. Perform MIG welding tasks to Welding Procedures Specifications (WPS) Layout and tack to specifications Use grinder or other appropriate tools to clean, smooth out, grind or finish parts as needed Use various machines to fabricate, build, and design products Repair improperly welded pieces and fill holes Perform work at the appropriate pace to maintain quality and productivity requirements Required Skills: High School diploma or equivalent Successful completion of internal welding test is mandatory Proficient knowledge in interpreting blueprints, mechanical drawings, and weld symbols Ability to operate hoists, cranes, and other powered industrial vehicles as needed Ability to operate various power and hand tools Knowledge of weld positioners, turners, fixtures and equipment Hours: Expected 40 hours per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Vision insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off ESOP Schedule: 10 hour shift Day shift Monday to Thursday Job Type: Full-time Ability to Relocate: Hector, MN 55342: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Loftness Specialized Farm Equipment
