High-Level Executive Assistant

to become the team owner’s right hand and bring structure, follow-through, and momentum to a growing real estate business. From keeping clients and transactions on track to preparing listings, coordinating staging and photography, and managing CRM follow-ups, you’ll make sure the details are handled and nothing falls through the cracks. Compensation:

$75,000 Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the executive's daily schedule, ensuring all appointments and meetings are efficiently organized. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Oversee the preparation and execution of real estate listings, including coordinating staging and photography. Manage client relationships by ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining an organized CRM system. Facilitate smooth transaction processes by liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders. Assist in the planning and execution of company events and team-building activities, fostering a collaborative environment. Qualifications:

Experience in managing executive schedules and coordinating complex calendars. Ability to serve as a primary point of contact, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Proven track record of preparing and editing high-quality correspondence, reports, and presentations. Familiarity with real estate processes, including staging and photography coordination. Strong organizational skills to manage client relationships and maintain an efficient CRM system. Ability to facilitate smooth transaction processes by liaising with clients, agents, and stakeholders.
