Join our downtown Kirkwood real estate team in a flexible support role that helps keep daily operations running smoothly. You'll assist with courier tasks, listing preparation, client communication, and a variety of hands-on projects that contribute to a successful real estate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport signs, documents, and other materials promptly and accurately
• Assist with preparing properties, promotional materials, and listing-related items
• Interact with clients and colleagues in a friendly, polished, and professional manner
• Provide dependable organizational and operational support in a fast-paced setting

The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, team-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities. Creativity and familiarity with social media are valuable advantages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver important documents, contracts, and marketing materials promptly and securely to listings.
• Pick up signs and materials from partner vendors/ printers.
• Support open houses and client meetings as directed by the listing agents.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, appointments, and client communications.
• Support the marketing team by assembling listing packets, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and assisting with general office tasks.
• Ensure all courier equipment and storage units are maintained and ready for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate, courier services, or administrative support is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of the St Louis area and surrounding neighborhoods
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a professional demeanor
• Ability to lift and carry packages and materials up to 25 lbs
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
