Overview
Speech-Language Pathologist – School-based (K–12) in Spanaway, WA. Start date 09/14/2026 for the 2026–2027 school year. Weekly pay: $2,065–$2,205 per week with 0.0 guaranteed hours. Shift: 5x7 Days. In-person, school-day service model in a K–12 setting. Caseload up to 60 students. Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) and licensed SLPs.

Responsibilities
- Provide in-person speech-language pathology services to a K–12 student population within a school setting
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders; develop and implement IEP goals; monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, families, and the IEP team; participate in planning meetings and case conferences as needed
- Document progress notes and maintain compliance with school district policies and timelines
- Manage a caseload of up to 60 students, delivering services through pull-out and/or push-in models as appropriate
- Maintain licensure and ESA certification requirements and uphold professional standards of practice

Requirements
- WA SLP license required
- ESA certification required
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) accepted
- Ability to work in an in-person K–12 school setting
- Service delivery in a school-based model; knowledge of IEP processes preferred
