Our client is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Industrial Electrician to support electrical, mechanical, and preventive maintenance activities within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for both experienced industrial electricians and recent graduates from accredited skilled‑trades or technical programs who are eager to grow their careers.

You will perform electrical troubleshooting, maintain production equipment, support plating/DC‑current systems, and assist with machine repair, fabrication, and facility maintenance. Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and basic fabrication as needed.
• Support training and onboarding of new technicians when requested.
• Assist with general facility maintenance and other tasks as assigned.
• Work with DC circuits, rectifiers, and plating‑related electrical systems.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine repair or replacement needs.
• Complete work orders, job cards, and documentation accurately and on time.
• Conduct preventive and ongoing maintenance on production machinery and rectifiers.
• Run and bend conduit; install wiring into breaker boxes, switchgear, and control panels.
• Dismantle, repair, fabricate, and reassemble machine components using various metal stock.
• Maintain compliance with electrical safety standards, including Arc Flash and Lockout/Tagout.
• Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on industrial equipment and facility systems.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Ability to work overtime based on production needs.
• High school diploma or GED; vocational/technical training preferred.
• Familiarity with plating processes and DC currents (highly desirable)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on experience with machine repair.
• Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and systems.
• Experience performing electrical work in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Nice‑to‑Haves:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Prior exposure to plating, electroplating, or rectifier systems.
• Recent graduates from accredited skilled‑trades or technical programs.
• Experience in fast‑paced manufacturing or metal‑finishing environments.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• On‑site role in manufacturing/industrial facility.
• Requires standing, bending, lifting, and working around machinery.
• Must be able to work safely around electrical systems, DC currents, and plating equipment.
