Real Estate Finance & Transactions Staff Attorney

Overview The role requires experience with real estate financing and purchase and sale transactions. Responsibilities include conducting title and survey review, drafting and negotiating loan and transaction documents, and facilitating closings. The practice group provides creative solutions to cutting-edge issues, utilizing property, contract, and regulatory law. Posting details Loeb & Loeb’s Real Estate Department seeks a staff attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join Loeb’s Los Angeles office. Ideal candidates will be bright, thoughtful, and creative, having experience with real estate financing and purchase and sale transactions, including experience conducting title and survey review, drafting and negotiating loan documents and transaction documents, and facilitating closings. Successful candidates will have excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills, accurate and strong attention to detail, high level of organization, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and people. Admission to the CA bar is required. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work with a diverse group having a diverse practice centered on providing creative solutions to cutting-edge issues and utilizing the building blocks of property, contract and regulatory law. Expected salary range for this position is a minimum of $150,000 and a maximum of $170,000 annually.
