What You'll Do

• Lead Culinary Operations Oversee day-to-day kitchen production, ensuring consistency, quality, and smooth service across all stations.

• Develop Seasonal Menus Support the Executive Chef in crafting scratch-made, seasonal, and locally inspired menus aligned with GEC standards.

• Elevate Tech-Campus Dining Deliver an elevated culinary experience tailored to a fast-paced, innovation-driven tech-company environment.

• Support Catering & Events Assist with planning and executing VIP functions, executive dining, and high-end corporate events.

• Train & Develop Staff Mentor, coach, and elevate the culinary team to maintain excellence in technique, service, and presentation.

• Manage Kitchen Systems Partner with the Executive Chef on ordering, inventory, forecasting, and adherence to Sodexo and GEC operational standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 yearsMinimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
