Your daily contributions will have a profound and positive impact, ensuring individuals receive the medications they need, exactly when they need them, faster and more accurately. Key Responsibilities Process new patient registrations, manage refill requests, accurately interpret medical terminology, and resolve data entry discrepancies. Operate automated machinery, meticulously sort medications, count and fill prescriptions, apply labels, and prepare orders for packing and shipping, all while upholding stringent quality control standards. Address and resolve rejected insurance claims by reviewing, correcting, and resubmitting information in accordance with plan requirements. Provide support to on-site and remote pharmacists, escalate complex issues to senior staff, and contribute to the cleaning and maintenance of machinery to ensure an organized and efficient workspace. Work Schedules Sunday-Tuesday, and Friday, 3:30 pm-1:30 am Sunday-Wednesday, 3:30 pm-1:30 am Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 pm-6:00 am Must-Have Qualifications Must hold an active pharmacy technician license. High School Diploma or GED. Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. Intermediate keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, touch typing). Basic PC and web browser skills (navigating programs, online forms, and search engines). Ability to push, pull, grasp, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work a flexible shift. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Active pharmacy technician certification. At least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience in a retail, fulfillment, or call center environment. Prior customer service or healthcare platform experience.
