The Opportunity

As a ( Site) General Manager , you’ll lead a large, fast‑moving operation where no two days are the same. You’ll have full ownership of performance setting the vision, building strong teams, and delivering results in a complex, highly regulated environment.

This is a role for a confident, hands‑on leader who enjoys solving challenges, developing people, and driving meaningful impact at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Lead overall site performance, including operations, financial results, and customer satisfaction
• Set direction and execute a clear plan to achieve business goals
• Build, develop, and inspire a high‑performing team
• Ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality products on time, every time
• Create a culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Optimize how people, equipment, and resources are used to drive efficiency
• Partner across teams including: Culinary, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance to deliver results
• Maintain strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation

What You Bring

• A track record of leading large, complex operations
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Experience building engaged, high‑performing teams
• Confidence leading in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
• Ability to simplify complexity and drive results
• Experience in food production, manufacturing, or other regulated environments (preferred)
• A hands‑on leadership style with a passion for developing others
