Power Quality Sales Engineer

Location: North America

Travel: ~25%

OTE: $200K

Reports to: Chief Transformation Officer, Elspec North America

We are looking for an engineer who can sell.

The mission

Generate $3M in new business per year.

Our focus is advanced Power Quality monitoring, especially our G5 meters and PQSCADA Sapphire platform, across:

* Utilities

* Data centers

* Critical infrastructure

* Large industrial environments

What we expect

* Create demand, not only respond to existing opportunities

* Build relationships with engineering, operations and executive teams

* Run technically credible customer presentations

* Understand electrical and Power Quality challenges

* Translate technical capabilities into business value

* Move opportunities from first conversation to proposal to close

* Own the pipeline, the forecast and the result

* Generate ~ 6 meaningful $500K projects per year

Who we are looking for

* Engineering background, ideally electrical, power systems, Power Quality or a closely related discipline

* Approximately 5–10 years of experience

* Experience selling technical solutions or working directly with customers

* Comfortable speaking with both engineers and senior decision-makers

* Strong understanding of electrical systems, utilities, data centers or adjacent markets

* Able to travel approximately 25%

* Based in North America

How we work

High autonomy. High expectations.

You will report directly to me and work closely with our technical, product and commercial teams in North America and Israel.

We operate with a light hybrid model, including focused team bootcamps approximately every 2-3 months and occasional onsite technical training.

Compensation

$200K OTE

I am looking for an A-player = Someone with at least a 90% chance of achieving an outcome that only the top 10% of candidates could achieve.
