Familiarity with PSM regulations and elements Continuous improvement mindset Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to address operational needs and improvement goals. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement effective changes. Experience leading improvement projects and mentoring junior engineers.
