Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute. Job Responsibilities The Telecom Supervisor is a telecom operator that is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the telecom staff and communication systems to ensure efficient, accurate, and professional service. This role oversees call routing, emergency communication procedures, operator and on‑call scheduling, staff training, system performance, real‑time coaching, and assists in candidate interviews. The supervisor serves as a liaison between departments, supports troubleshooting efforts, monitors compliance with organization policies, and ensures uninterrupted communication services in a fast‑paced environment. Job Requirements At least 1 year of experience in telecom, switchboard operations, call center operations, or a related customer service environment. Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience. Strong knowledge of hospital functions. Organized, detail‑oriented, with good follow‑through skills, and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Preferred Job Requirements Experience with staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management. Experience responding to emergency communication procedures and escalation protocols.
