Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an administrative assistant to support our client in Fulton, Maryland. This candidate will be responsible for customer and client interactions at the front desk, monitoring internal office events, creating simple presentations as needed, and ensuring office operations are running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience as an administrative assistant, experience demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication, and a history of exceptional organizational aptitude. This role is fully on-site, Monday through Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM and the salary ranges between $42,000 and $60,500.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Experience in a customer-facing role.
Demonstrated ability in effective communication and organization. Background within a transportation, architectural, or engineering firm.
