Customer Care Specialist
Focus
Serves as the primary customer contact, handling order entry, cross-department coordination, and inquiry resolution in a manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Manage inquiries via phone/email, provide order and shipping updates, and resolve customer issues. Order Entry: Enter orders accurately into ERP, verify pricing/specs, process changes, and issue confirmations. Sales & Administrative Support: Support sales with order tracking, maintain ERP/CRM records, and assist Accounts Receivable when needed. Production & Shipping Coordination: Coordinate with production planning to meet delivery commitments and work with shipping on timely deliveries. Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred. 2-5 years of customer service or order entry experience (manufacturing background preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Oracle). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Order entry accuracy: 99%+ Customer response time: Within 2 business hours Order acknowledgements: Sent same business day #J-18808-Ljbffr Focus
