Beverage Manager - High-Volume Hospitality Leader

TRADE – Boston’s Highly Awarded, Best Mediterranean Restaurant, is seeking a passionate, organized and focused Beverage Manager to join our Hospitality Group. You will focus on Bar Service, Cocktail Service (creation, consistency and appeal) and must have the highest standards. This is a full-time, salaried position. In addition to a track record of excellent performance, building relationships, and managing high performing teams you will need a willingness to learn, to adapt and a positive attitude. 3 – 5 Years of consistent restaurant management experience required for consideration. Strong preference for candidates who have worked in High volume, high revenue settings (8+ Million). A deep familiarity with Greek culture and cuisine is a plus. You will focus on the day-to-day management of all bar staff, interview, hire and train any bar staff that you hire. You are expected to grow the business, enhance the brand and push your staff to deliver excellent hospitality. A passion for amazing food and genuine hospitality are an absolute must. The Beverage Manager will be expected to perform operational duties including inventory, scheduling, planning & organizing and development of their teams.
