We are seeking a Guest Experience Agent to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.

Role Summary:

The Guest Experience Agent delivers Forbes level, intuitive service across the entire guest journey – pre-arrival, arrival, in-stay, and post-departure – combing front desk operations, concierge services, and guest relations responsibilities. This role checks guests in/out, process payments, manages reservations and amenities, handles calls/messages, and coordinates all special requests (i.e., transportation, dining, cabanas, IRD amenities, celebrations, etc.) with precision and follow-through. The ideal candidate will ensure VIP recognition, preference delivery, and seamless operations while exemplifying the philosophy of Eau Resort & Spa.

We have a Full-Time position available.

This role is a flexible position (AM / PM). All candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school graduate.
• Ability to compute accurate mathematical calculations.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, management and co-workers to ensure mutual understanding.
• Ability to provide legible communication and directions.

Desirable

• Some college or training in hospitality industry.
• Previous experience as Front Desk Agent, Concierge, and/or Guest Relations.
• Previous cashiering experience.
• Knowledge of computers.

• Ability to input and access data in computer.
• Ability to understand guest inquiries and provide responses.
• Ability to promote positive relations with all individuals who approach the Front Desk and by telephone.
• Ability to focus on guests' needs, remaining calm and courteous.
• Ability to think clearly, quickly and make concise decisions.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up.
• Ability to work well under pressure of multiple arrivals/departures within any given period of time.
• Ability to focus attention on details.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of all guests and hotel information.
• Ability to ensure security of guest room access.
• Ability to remain stationary at assigned post for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.
