We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position: Jr Validation Engineer/Specialist Job Summary We are seeking a Junior Validation Specialist with 0–3 years of experience to support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities at a biotech manufacturing site. The role supports validation documentation and execution activities in a regulated GMP environment. Key Responsibilities Support preparation, execution, and review of validation documentation. Assist with commissioning and qualification activities for equipment, utilities, and systems. Support testing, data collection, and documentation activities. Ensure validation work follows GMP and internal quality procedures. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field. 0–3 years of experience in validation, commissioning, or regulated biotech/pharma environments. Basic knowledge of GMP and validation lifecycle concepts. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. At Validation & Engineering Group, people always come first.
