Attindas is offering exciting opportunities for Warehouse Team Lead - Second shift (02:30pm – 11:00pm) at our Delaware, Ohio manufacturing facility starting at $22.00/hour! Attindas Hygiene Partners designs, manufactures, and markets absorbent hygiene products. The company sells adult incontinence and infant diapers, among other products, into the healthcare, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels under brands including Attends, Indas, and Comfees as well as a wide range of private label brands for retailers.

Your Role: The Warehouse Leader is responsible for all aspects of the Warehouse operation to include safety, quality, and efficiency. This includes the ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of the WMS (Warehouse Management System). The Team Leader is responsible for maintaining warehouse processes within the prescribed SOP's and Work instructions. In addition, the Team Leader is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Supervisor in providing leadership and training for all team members in the areas of productivity, quality, service to operations and housekeeping.

Qualifications: Work effectively with teams and individuals Minimum of five years of experience in a Warehousing environment with demonstrated training system implementation and improvement abilities Ability to use various computer software applications such as Windows, Mini-Tab, CAD, and databases. Excellent demonstrated leadership skills. Must possess excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, and teaching skills. Ability to work on second shift Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
