Responsibilities

• Complete apartment make-readies for new residents
• Perform general maintenance repairs
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues
• Repair drywall, paint, flooring, doors, locks, and fixtures
• Complete service requests promptly and professionally
• Ensure apartments are clean, safe, and move-in ready
• Follow all safety policies and property procedures

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Basic maintenance tools preferred
• EPA and HVAC certifications are a plus (not required for all positions)
