What We Offer Experienced technician position with consistent workflow Technicians in this role averaging 42.5+ flagged hours per week Typical earnings of $1,500-$2,500+ per week Paid every Friday 120% warranty pay program Performance bonuses Fair and consistent dispatching Supportive leadership focused on technician success Paid factory training Long-term career opportunity What You'll Do Diagnose and repair automotive systems accurately and efficiently Perform advanced mechanical and electrical repairs Diagnose drivability concerns and complex vehicle issues Complete customer-pay and warranty repairs according to manufacturer standards Utilize diagnostic equipment and repair procedures to ensure quality repairs Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members Maintain a clean and professional work environment What We're Looking For ASE certification preferred Automotive repair experience Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Experience performing mechanical and electrical repairs Ability to complete quality repairs efficiently Commitment to professionalism and teamwork Desire to continue growing as a technician Manufacturer experience, dealership experience, diesel experience, and advanced diagnostic skills are a plus.
