Skilled Home Repair Technician
Part-Time / Full-Time | Professional Home Repair
Professional Home Repair is looking for a dependable, skilled Home Repair Technician with well-rounded construction and repair experience.
We perform residential repairs and improvement projects throughout the Phoenix Valley. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is a good problem solver, and can complete projects independently and as part of a team.
Skills & ExperienceExperience in several of the following areas is preferred:
- Drywall hanging, patching, taping, mudding, and texture
- Wood and metal framing
- Finish carpentry, trim, baseboards, and doors
- Painting and touch-ups
- Light plumbing repairs and fixture replacement
- Basic electrical repairs and fixture replacement
- Flooring installation and repair
- General home maintenance and repairs
You don't need to be an expert in every trade. We're looking for someone with solid construction knowledge, good troubleshooting skills, and the ability to complete quality repairs.
Requirements- Previous construction, remodeling, maintenance, or home repair experience
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable, honest, and detail-oriented
- Professional appearance and good customer service skills
- Own basic hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Comfortable using phone, text, and email
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
Monday–Friday, generally 7:00 AM–5:00 PM , with occasional Saturdays.
Part-time/flexible hours are available with the opportunity to grow into consistent full-time work.
Pay is based on experience and skill level. The more independently you can complete a variety of repairs, the more opportunities for work.
Candidates may be asked to complete a hands-on skills assessment .
