Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients, providing them with a safe space to discuss their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists primarily of individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders, who may also be facing co-occurring mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related mental health field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• At least two (2) years of professional counseling experience is required; five (5) years of experience is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Previous experience working in a detox or specialized addiction treatment setting is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary, with an annual range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
