About The Role The role owns full-cycle talent acquisition for technical and operational teams, partnering closely with hiring managers to scale growing departments. The team relies on this position to drive proactive sourcing strategies, champion the candidate experience, and build diverse talent pipelines for high-growth tech initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from intake to offer acceptance across technical and operational domains Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and targeted networking channels Partner with engineering and people-operations leaders to define role competencies and calibrate evaluation rubrics Drive candidate engagement, ensuring clear communication and a seamless interview experience throughout the funnel Track and analyze recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and conversion rates Facilitate debrief sessions and lead decision-making discussions with hiring panels What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced technology or high-growth corporate environment Demonstrated expertise using applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday Strong proficiency in boolean sourcing, market mapping, and engaging passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to advise hiring managers Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Bonus: Experience recruiting specialized engineering talent or scaling teams across remote environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
