If you are looking for a meaningful career, a culture of excellence, and the ability to make a difference, we want to talk to you!Core Tasks & ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing and screening to offer extension.Pipeline Building: Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and local networks.Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with regional leadership to understand specific staffing needs and vacancy goals.Onboarding Coordination: Ensure a seamless transition from the interview stage to the onboarding process.Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate, compliant records within our Greenhouse ATS.Must-Have Skills & QualificationsRecruitment Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting or HR management.Industry Knowledge: Prior experience recruiting for security, hospitality, logistics, or high-turnover industries is highly preferred.Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Greenhouse) and MS Office.Fast-Paced Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a high-demand environment.Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong focus on excellent customer service.
