Job Summary:
Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) Appleton, Wisconsin. This position involves working primarily evening (PM) shifts with flexibility required for day shifts as needed. The RN will provide high-quality clinical care for residents in a facility recently recognized as one of the best nursing homes for 2025, supporting a patient ratio of approximately 1:24 in long-term care and assisted living settings. The assignment duration is 13 weeks starting from 08/24/2026.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour Day/PM shifts (mostly PM) must be flexible. Consistent weekly hours, with orientation hours that are unbillable.
• Required Qualifications: State of Wisconsin RN licensure, American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification, minimum of 2+ years of recent experience in long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing facility settings, with at least one completed contract preferred.
• Charting Experience: EPIC electronic medical record system preferred.
• Required Skillset: Experience working in long-term care, assisted living, and rehabilitation settings with a patient ratio of 1:10 in rehab and 1:24 in long-term care with CNA assistance.
• Additional Information:
  • Holidays as needed, every other weekend, and as required for holiday rotations.
  • Float requirements include working across multiple facilities within the organizations skillset and within a 60-mile radius of the primary location.
  • No on-call or callback responsibilities.
  • Certification in Wisconsin is required; associate degree or certificate is the minimum education level.
  • Interview days are Monday through Friday with multiple interview types.
  • Local candidates are accepted.
